| You can set filters , and you can deactivate alert service via going to web site. For Free service we send maximum ten alerts per day. |

| SMSmyEmail service only forwards unread email as SMS from your registered email accounts and hence they are marked as read . |
| What if there is no cell connectivity and during roaming? |
| Your cell should be reachable. Messages will be sent to your number and will be recieved when cell is reachable. |
| Why I am not able to register my GMail account? |
| You need to enable your GMail account for pop access. Go to Settings -> Forwarding and POP -> Enable POP status and finally Save Changes. Please visit GMail for details. |

| Steps to add an email account: Go to http ://www.SMSmyEmail.com Login using your mobile number and password emailed to your Primary contact email ID After login, Under Manage email accounts Click the link Add email account Enter your email id and password If your account is company's email ID or pop3 account You will be provided with POP3 and IMAP options Enter Host Name or IP To get Server Name or IP address In MS Outlook Go to Tools->Email Account->View or change existing email accounts->Click Next button Select account name for which we should configure and click Change button. Use the value for Incoming mail server (POP3/IMAP) and type it In Server Name/IP input box. Enter login Id exactly as it registered with the email service From outlook Internet Email settings (POP3/IMAP) use values from 'Log On Information' i.e. User name and password. User name could be jhon123 or mailbox number like m2588246 Press Add button . Repeat above steps to add more email accounts . |

| While adding Email accounts, on "Provide server Information" page a) Specify your POP server Host name. b) Whether your server uses secure connection i.e. SSL c) Specific user name like mbox1234 or myname@zapak.com , And press continue button. If server is able to connect to your email server and other information are correct, account will be added and visible under "Manage Email account".
